The hygienist was nice and did a good job but no one is a good as Denise. Sorry, just being honest. She also never introduced herself so I don’t know her name. Also, I guess I’ve been spoiled by Renuka because she always came in at the end of my cleaning to check up. Best part of the whole experience was Sandra!
I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Diquattro yesterday & honestly it exceeded my expectations. Being out of state, I was nervous about how the process would go, especially with my dental anxiety, but he made me feel comfortable almost immediately. He was patient, thorough, answered my questions, made recommendations without making me feel pressured, & genuinely listened to my concerns. You can tell he truly cares about helping people feel confident in their smile again. Even through a virtual consult, he made the experience feel personal, welcoming, & reassuring. I left the appointment feeling hopeful & excited for the first time in a long time instead of embarrassed or anxious. Thank you again to Dr. Diquattro & the team for taking the time to make this process feel less intimidating. I’m really looking forward to moving forward with treatment.
